All lights function 
This pedal powers on and seems to function, but I do not feel like the effect is as good as it sould be .
The sound of the guitar does change and have somewhat of a chorus effect.
I think this pedal is defective or it just isn't that cool.
SOLD AS IS NO RETURN FOR PARTS OR REPAR
