Sony PS4 Original 500 GB Model CUH-1215A, in good condition. There are a few scratches on the bottom, but besides that everything else looks good. Performs and runs well and have had no issues using it. Come with HDMI and power cord which are in good condition. Also comes with controller which is missing the left thumb pad, but besides that is in good condition
